PARENTING EVALUATION

An evaluation designed to identify parents at risk of abuse or neglect, domestic violence, or substance abuse and having various parenting issues including conflicts, strong emotions, and difficulty in managing children’s misbehavior.

• Your State-Issued ID or Driver's License

• Payment for Evaluation (Money Orders Only)

What to Expect:

Your will be asked to complete paperwork and then meet one-on-one with a qualified clinician for an interview. You will be given your treatment recommendations at the end of the interview.
